The income from your guests, we will transfer directly to you via Airbnb. Our services payment process is as follows: The bill will be issued after each stay, at the end of each month, or at the end of each stay. We will set the due date and payments can be online or through a mobile bank, bank transfer, or EFT.

Our minimum contract period is 6 months. Your property must be available for 27 weeks in a calendar year at a minimum.

Yes you can You can make a booking to stay at your property via your personalized host dashboard it is easy. Once you make the reservation, your dashboard will update the lists across channels so that these nights aren't available to the guests to book. When you make a reservation, just make sure you give us a notice before 16 days and your property has enough nights available for guests

We will offer our house manual template for you to fill in as much detail as possible. We will tell it to your guests electronically (i.e. email) and face-to-face at check-in.

We have photos of your property, and all relevant details required of the host (including but not limited to: government ID, complete home directory, scheduled main drop, Airbnb verification, and listing deposit ), your listing can go live in 48 hours on Airbnb. If your photography is scheduled, it can take up to 24 hours for the photographer to edit it, after which the drawer will start immediately within 48 hours. Due to independent approval processes for channels other than Airbnb, advertising may vary depending on the time of announcement or the state of entry

We always recommend removing items of high value from your home in order to preserve their integrity You can leave other personal stuff at home provided they're stored away and leave enough space for guests to unload their belongings. We encourage the hosts to leave the decor and photographs at home because it helps to create a welcoming environment.
